Tuan Tran

Tuan Tran is in jail.
Trying to re-enter the United States, after visiting
his sister in Vietnam, it was determined that his visa is
no longer valid, and was put in a detention facility in
New Jersey. He has several months left to go; the best
thing in jail is to receive a letter (for those of us not in jail,
it's only something we can surmise). So, if you can, write to
him. It would cheer him up.
